- Scope of Service & Decentralization
The XXI Portal (the “Platform”) is a technical interface provided by Xi Project. The Platform utilizes the XXI Network, a decentralized blockchain-based infrastructure.
Immutability: Users acknowledge that transactions processed on the XXI Network are permanent and immutable. Once a transaction is submitted, it cannot be reversed, deleted, or altered by Xi Project.
Decentralized Processing: Transactions are processed by a decentralized network of validators; Xi Project does not control the execution or timing of these transactions.
- No Guarantees & Technical Disclaimer
No Warranty: Xi Project provides no guarantees, express or implied, regarding the Platform’s performance, uptime, or “fitness for a particular purpose.”
Data Structures: We do not guarantee the absolute integrity, permanent availability, or perfection of the data structures used within the portal. While we strive for ISO 20022 alignment, users must verify that the data formatting meets their specific institutional or regulatory requirements.
Technological Evolution: Blockchain technology is subject to change. Xi Project is not liable for network forks, protocol changes, or technical failures within the XXI Network.
- Data Collection & Privacy
By using the Platform, you agree to the collection of certain data necessary for the operation and security of the portal:
Technical Logs: We may collect IP addresses, browser types, and usage patterns to maintain platform stability and prevent abuse.
On-Chain Data: Public wallet addresses and transaction metadata are recorded on the public blockchain. This data is transparent by nature and cannot be removed.
Account Information: Email addresses or social login identifiers provided during registration are used solely for authentication and critical platform communication.
- User Responsibility & Legal Compliance
Self-Regulation: Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with all local and international laws.
Licensing: Users must obtain any required financial licenses or legal permissions before issuing stablecoins or tokenizing assets.
Risk of Loss: Xi Project is a platform maintainer only. We take no responsibility for any cause of loss—financial, legal, or otherwise—resulting from user activity or network behavior.
- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Xi Project from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights or government regulations.
Notice: This portal interacts with the XXI Network, a decentralized blockchain. Transactions are immutable and cannot be undone. Xi Project provides this interface “as-is” without guarantees on data structures or liability for financial loss. You are solely responsible for your own regulatory compliance and licensing. We collect minimal technical and account data to maintain the service.
